SR 4 RESURFACING
 

Gortemoller Engineering, Inc. provided Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services for the 7.4-mile resurfacing of SR 4 from the Santa Rosa County Line to 16th Street in Okaloosa County, Florida. The project included milling and resurfacing SR 4 including all travel lanes and shoulders.
